Delivery and payment terms
The following sales and delivery terms apply to all orders submitted at www.yourboots.eu. The
terms will only be waived in case of another written agreement between the Buyer and YourBoots.
Payment of your order can only be made using the secure payment form on the website through PayPal. This allows you to pay with the cards accepted by PayPal and your PayPal account. If you would like to use a different payment method, please contact us for a different solution.
We will always email you a receipt for your purchase.
All prices are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) incl. Danish VAT (25%). Prices are daily prices and can hence be changed without notice. Should any error occur on the page or if you have any questions about the prices, please contact us for assistance in resolving any issues. www.yourboots.eu is not liable for any pricing or printing errors.
Delivery and shipping
Delivery time is 2-3 business days after an order is accepted. The order is shipped by GLS or Bring for delivery to a parcel shop near you. If for some reason the ordered product cannot be delivered as agreed, we will contact you for further details.
We provide a two-year warranty.
Any defects or shortages on goods traded on www.yourboots.eu must be notified to us as soon as possible after you have discovered the defect. It is your obligation to inform us and to show how the defect or shortage is expressed to the extent possible. We will repair your machine or exchange it
for a new machine.
At www.yourboots.eu we offer a full 14-day return valid from the day you receive the product. If you regret your purchase, you must inform www.yourboots.eu no later than 14 days after the day you received the product. When returning the product, you must ensure that it is in the same condition as when you received it. Any products in broken original packaging or used products will not be refunded. Any packaging and product description must be enclosed. If you wish to return the product, we do not cover the shipping costs for the return. You must
therefore pay for the postage and any other costs associated with the return.
We will reimburse the amount once we have received the product. It is important that you include your name and address, so that we can find you in our customer records. Please mark the package with “return”. All returns must be sent to the following address:

Customer information policy
We do not resell personal information and we do not disclose your personal information to others;
your information is only registered in our customer directory. You can ask to have your information deleted at any time.
In order for you to enter into an agreement with us at yourboots.eu, we need the following

We register your personal information for the purpose of delivering the item to you. All personal information registered with yourboots.eu will be saved for up to five years, upon which the information will be deleted.
When collecting personal information through our website, we ensure that it is always done with your explicit consent so that you know exactly what information is collected and why. The Director and employees of yourboots.eu have access to the information that is registered about you.

We do not store encrypted customer information. We do not transmit encrypted customer information.
Once you are registered with yourboots.eu, you always have the right to object to registration. You also have the right to request access to the information that is registered about you.
